Strawberry Coconut Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
  • 1 1/4 oz frozen, whole strawberries
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz matcha concentrate
  • 5 oz ice

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Place Barista Series Coconut, frozen strawberries, and simple syrup into blender carafe.
  2. Step 2
    Blend until smooth.
  3. Step 3
    Fill cup about 3/4 full with ice.
  4. Step 4

    Gently pour blended strawberry milk over ice and matcha concentrate.
