Root Beer Cold Brew
Recipe by Laila Ghambari, 2014 U.S. Barista Champion
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Sassafras Vanilla Syrup (see Pacific's Recipes page for recipe)
- 2 oz soda water
- 4 oz cold brew
- 2 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
- nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Add Sassafras Vanilla Syrup to the ice cup.Step 2
Add cold brew.Step 3
Add soda water and then ice leaving an inch of room.Step 4
Top with Barista Series™ Coconut mill.Step 5
Garnish with nutmeg.
