Root Beer Cold Brew

Recipe by Laila Ghambari, 2014 U.S. Barista Champion

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Sassafras Vanilla Syrup (see Pacific's Recipes page for recipe)
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 4 oz cold brew
  • 2 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
  • nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Add Sassafras Vanilla Syrup to the ice cup.
  2. Step 2
    Add cold brew.
  3. Step 3
    Add soda water and then ice leaving an inch of room.
  4. Step 4
    Top with Barista Series™ Coconut mill.
  5. Step 5
    Garnish with nutmeg.
