Barista Series Cold Foam Recipe
Tips
- Use any flavored syrups to replace in recipe to create variety flavored cold foams.
- Using cold milks will create better foam.
- Replace 50g out of 450g total of Pacific barista series milks for Neutral oil such as canola or avocado oil to create thicker, denser cold foam.
Ingredients
- 450 g Pacific barista series (Any)
- 50 g 50g Simple or Vanilla flavored Syrup
- 1 g 1g Xanthan gum
Instructions
Step 1
Measure 1 g of xanthan gum using a scale in a dry containerStep 2
In a high speed mixer such as Vitamix, measure the Pacific milk, syrup and add xanthan gum in orderStep 3
Blend the mixture on medium to high for at least 2 minutes. scrape the sides with a rubber spatula if needed. the milk should be noticeably thicker, but completely smooth without lumps or any dry bits.Step 4
Pour the contents to the iSi charger holder, then charge total of 2 times with the NO2.
