Ingredients

- 1 oz Bulleit Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut Plant-Based Beverage
- 1 oz Townshend Smoke Tea Spirit
- .75 oz Turkish Apricot Syrup -see instructions below
- 1 dash cardamom bitters
- Turkish Apricot Syrup
- 1/2 cup demerara sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 oz dried Turkish apricots (chopped)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker.Step 2
Add ice, just below liquid volume. Shake, approximately 40 seconds. Double strain into rocks glass over big cube.Step 3
Garnish with orange twist.
Turkish Apricot Syrup
Step 4
Combine all ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Steep 1 hour.Step 5
Strain and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
