Iced Cinnamon Pear Oat Latte

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz pear syrup
  • 1 drop cinnamon extract
  • 1 3/4 oz cold brew
  • 1/4 oz pear syrup
  • 10 oz ice
  • 3 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Oat

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Mix 3/4 ounce of pear syrup + 1 drop of cinnamon extract and stir well set aside.
  2. Step 2
    Combine 1 3/4 ounces of cold brew with 1/4 ounce of pear syrup and mix well and set aside.
  3. Step 3
    Fill 10-ounce slim glass full with ice.
  4. Step 4
    Pour pear syrup mixture over ice as the bottom layer.
  5. Step 5
    Layer cold brew mixture over pear syrup creating middle layer.
  6. Step 6
    Layer 3 ounces of cold Barista Series™ Oat milk creating top layer.
  7. Step 7
    Stir really well to make sure syrup does not sit at bottom of the glass and enjoy!
