Cold Brew with Almond Sorghum Butter Cold Foam 

Perfectly refreshing during the heat of summer, this drink is both flavorful and light, creating a fun flavor and sensory experience. The base is simple nitrogen cold brew, topped with almond cold foam.


  • 8 oz nitro cold brew, or other
  • 10 oz sorghum butter (browned butter and sorghum, sauteed together)
  • 2 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Almond Unsweetened
  • 2 oz coconut cream


  1. Step 1
    Place ice in cup.
  2. Step 2
    Fill 3/4 of the way with nitro cold brew.
  3. Step 3
    Combine brown butter, Barista Series™ Unsweetened Almond, and coconut cream in bowl or cup.
  4. Step 4
    Whip with frother or mixer until ingredients are combined and create a nice consistent, fluffy foam.
  5. Step 5
    Pour foam on top of cold brew until full.
  6. Step 6
    Garnish with sliced almonds.
