Whiskey Oat Punch


  • Beverage
  • 2 oz Bulleit Rye Whiskey
  • 3 oz Barista Series Oat Plant-Based Beverage
  • 3/4 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup -see instructions below
  • garnish with freshly grated nutmeg (optional)
  • Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup demerara sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 vanilla bean (split)


  1. Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and top liquid volume with ice.
  2. Step 2
    Shake for approximately 40 seconds
  3. Step 3
    Double strain into rocks glass over a big ice cube. Or you can serve in a coupe glass without ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Vanilla Simple Syrup
  1. Step 4
    Combine all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Step 5
    Remove from heat and steep for 1 hour.
  3. Step 6
    Strain and refrigerate. This syrup will keep for up to 7 days refrigerated.
