Andrea Allen is a barista, writer and entrepreneur whose passion for coffee and commitment to community have shaped her career. As co-founder of Onyx Coffee Lab, she leads operations across the company's cafés, roastery, and production facility, helping to set new standards in sourcing, roasting, and service.
