Yields 4 cups (about a 1-liter bottle)
- 2 cups honey
- 2 cups hot water (about 205ºF - 208ºF) Avoid using a glass pitcher. The thickness of the glass will absorb the temperature of the water and the sugar will not fully melt.
Step 1Place hot water in a plastic measuring cup, large enough to hold at least 4 cups of liquid.
Step 2Add sugar and stir until liquid becomes clear.
Step 3Transfer into a clean 1-liter bottle. Keep refrigerated for up to one month.
