Apple Butter Oolong Cocktail
This fall drink is the perfect combination of tea and Pacific Barista Series™ Hemp, complemented by spices, sweetness, and citrus. This drink is a perfect addition to any café menu in a thoughtful, intentional way. This recipe was created by Andrea Allen, co-owner of café-roastery Onyx Coffee Lab, and the 2020 United States Barista Champion and 2021 World Barista Champion runner-up.
- 3 oz (oolong tea, stepped with half the water, strained)
- 3 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Hemp
- 15 g apple butter
- Dash allspice
- 1/4 oz blood orange syrup
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
Step 1Combine all ingredients in shaker.
Step 2Shake vigorously and strain over ice.
