Salted Cinnamon Oat Latte
- 1 1/4 oz Turkish Apricot Syrup -see instructions below
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 2 shots espresso
- 10 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Oat Plant-Based Beverage (steamed)
- Turkish Apricot Syrup
- 1/2 cup demerara sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 oz dried Turkish apricots (chopped)
Step 1Combine the syrup, salt and cinnamon and then top with the espresso and stir vigorously.
Step 2Add the steamed Pacific Foods Barista Oat Plant-Based Beverage.
Turkish Apricot Syrup
Step 3Combine all ingredients and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Step 4Remove from heat and steep for 1 hour.
Step 5Strain and refrigerate. This syrup will keep for up to 7 days.
