Pistachio Citrus Shakerato – Lem Butler
The recipe was developed by Lem Butler, longtime specialty coffee professional and 2016 U.S. Barista Champion.
Ingredients
- 2 Shots Espresso, slightly chilled
- 100 ml Pistachio milk (cold)
- ½ tsp Orange blossom honey (or simple syrup + orange zest infusion)
- A dash- approx 5 drops Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Orange
Instructions
Step 1
Combine espresso, pistachio milk, honey, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.Step 2
Shake hard until frothy and well-chilled.Step 3
Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.Step 4
Express orange peel over top
