Parisian Syrup

Used in the Parisian (see Pacific's Recipes page for recipe)

Ingredients

  • 175 g water
  • 75 g granulated sugar
  • 4 g Harney & Sons Paris Tea
  • 2 g Harney & Sons Mango Tea
  • 2 g Harney & Sons Orange Passionfruit Tea
  • 2 g Harney & Sons Blueberry Tea

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Combine the teas in a medium sauce pot.
  2. Step 2
    Heat the water to 250˚F, then pour it over the tea blend and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3
    Strain the brewed tea off the leaves, and compost the spent tea.
  4. Step 4
    Using a whisk, combine the brewed tea and the granulated sugar until thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Step 5
    Reserve in a pint container in the fridge for up to 14 days.
