Parisian Syrup

Ingredients
- 175 g water
- 75 g granulated sugar
- 4 g Harney & Sons Paris Tea
- 2 g Harney & Sons Mango Tea
- 2 g Harney & Sons Orange Passionfruit Tea
- 2 g Harney & Sons Blueberry Tea
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the teas in a medium sauce pot.Step 2
Heat the water to 250˚F, then pour it over the tea blend and allow to steep for 5 minutes.Step 3
Strain the brewed tea off the leaves, and compost the spent tea.Step 4
Using a whisk, combine the brewed tea and the granulated sugar until thoroughly incorporated.Step 5
Reserve in a pint container in the fridge for up to 14 days.
