Hue Hue Out
- 1 oz Hue Hue Coffee Rum
- .5 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Almond Plant-Based Beverage
- .25 oz cold brew coffee
- .25 oz amaretto
- .25 oz lemongrass syrup -see instructions below
- 1 dash cardamom bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 pinch salt
- Lemongrass Syrup
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stalk lemongrass (chopped)
Step 1Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
Step 2Top liquid volume with ice. Shake, approximately 40 seconds. Double strain into tiki mug, top with crushed ice.
Step 3Garnish with orange twist.
Step 4Combine all ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes.
Step 5Remove from heat. Steep 1 hour, then strain and refrigerate. Syrup will keep for 7 days.
