Honey Ginger Coconut Matcha Latte

Makes a 12 oz. serving.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup
  • 1/2 tsp bottled ginger juice
  • 1 1/2 oz matcha concentrate
  • 5 oz ice

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Pour Barista Series Coconut, honey syrup, and ginger juice into blender carafe.
  2. Step 2
    Blend until incorporated.
  3. Step 3
    Fill cup about 3/4 full with ice.
  4. Step 4
    Pour ginger milk mixture over ice.
  5. Step 5
    Float matcha concentrate on top.
