Carrot Cake Smoothie
- 2 cups Organic Unsweetened Almond Original
- 2 carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 tsp. hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. walnuts to garnish
- 2 tbsp. coconut flakes to garnish
Step 1Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Step 2Pour into two glasses and garnish with walnuts and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
