The cold weather has been thawing in recent weeks, which means spring is here!
Spring brings with it beautiful blooms and the long-awaited return of the sun. But it also means another thing: It’s time for spring beverages!
We’re proud to present the Spring 2024 Beverage Series, with new, delicious recipes featuring wonderful seasonal flavors to evoke the feel of spring.
All of these recipes were created by Andrea Allen, co-owner of the café-roastery Onyx Coffee Lab, who was also the 2020 United States Barista Champion and the runner-up at the 2021 World Barista Championship.
The Spring 2024 Beverage Series recipes from Andrea are:
