Strawberry Coriander Syrup
Used in Iced Strawberry Latte (see Pacific’s Recipes page for recipe)
Ingredients

strawberries

sugar

coriander
1/2
oz
“pink” peppercorn

oz
hot water
Instructions
Add sugar and strawberries to the storing container, muddle together, and then let sit for 20 minutes.
In a spice grinder coarsely grind the coriander and pink peppercorn by pulsing it and then add to the sugar mixture.
Add boiling water to the sugar mixture, stir to dissolve, and allow to cool.
Let sit overnight and then strain through a fine mesh strainer pressing to remove liquids.
Refrigerate and write date on storage container. Good for seven days.
Shake the bottle before use.
