Strawberry Coconut Matcha Latte
Makes a 12 oz. serving.
  • 5oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
  • 1 1/4oz frozen, whole strawberries
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz matcha concentrate
  • 5oz ice
  1. Place Barista Series Coconut, frozen strawberries, and simple syrup into blender carafe.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fill cup about 3/4 full with ice.
