Ingredients

  • 1 1/4oz Turkish Apricot Syrup-see instructions below
  • 1pinch sea salt
  • 1dash ground cinnamon
  • 2shots espresso
  • 10oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Oat Plant-Based Beverage(steamed)
Turkish Apricot Syrup
  • 1/2cup demerara sugar
  • 1cup water
  • 3oz dried Turkish apricots(chopped)
Instructions

  1. Combine the syrup, salt and cinnamon and then top with the espresso and stir vigorously.
  2. Add the steamed Pacific Foods Barista Oat Plant-Based Beverage.
Turkish Apricot Syrup
  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and steep for 1 hour.
  3. Strain and refrigerate. This syrup will keep for up to 7 days.
