Royal FOMO
This drink is complex and fun. It takes some prep and planning, both with sourcing ingredients and preparation, but as a signature beverage in a café it is incredible in flavor, fun in color, and unique in its composition and experience.
  • ube cold foam
  • 3oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
  • 3oz horchata
  • ube cold foam
  • 3oz coconut cream
  • 1oz coconut condensed milk syrup
  • 1 1/4oz ube (made using butterfly ube, water, sugar)
  1. Build cold foam using ingredients.
  2. Combine Pacific Barista Series™ Coconut and horchata in steam pitcher and steam.
  3. Pour into cup.
  4. Shake use cold foam with dry shaker until fluffy.
  5. Pour cold foam on top of steamed horchata/Coconut.
  6. Garnish with purple granulated sugar.
  7. Enjoy!
