This drink is complex and fun. It takes some prep and planning, both with sourcing ingredients and preparation, but as a signature beverage in a café it is incredible in flavor, fun in color, and unique in its composition and experience.
Ingredients
ube cold foam
3ozPacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
3ozhorchata
ube cold foam
3ozcoconut cream
1ozcoconut condensed milk syrup
1 1/4ozube (made using butterfly ube, water, sugar)
Instructions
Build cold foam using ingredients.
Combine Pacific Barista Series™ Coconut and horchata in steam pitcher and steam.
Pour into cup.
Shake use cold foam with dry shaker until fluffy.
Pour cold foam on top of steamed horchata/Coconut.
Garnish with purple granulated sugar.
