Pistachio Rose Chai – Laila Ghambari
The recipe was developed by Laila Ghambari, owner of Guilder Coffee Company and 2014 United States Barista Champion.
Ingredients
  • 6ounces Pacific Pistachio Milk
  • 6ounces Dona Cardamon Rose Chai
Instructions
  1. Combine pistachio milk and chai mix
  2. Steam to 140 – 150 degrees
  3. Pour into cup
  4. Top with cardamom rose dust & rose petals
