Espresso, slightly chilled

ml
Pistachio milk (cold)
½
tsp
Orange blossom honey (or simple syrup + orange zest infusion)
A dash- approx 5 drops
Fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Combine espresso, pistachio milk, honey, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake hard until frothy and well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.
Express orange peel over top
