Apple Cider Carmelo – Laila Ghambari
The recipe was developed by Lem Butler, longtime specialty coffee professional and 2016 U.S. Barista Champion.
Ingredients
  • 2Shots Espresso, slightly chilled
  • 100ml Pistachio milk (cold)
  • ½ tsp Orange blossom honey (or simple syrup + orange zest infusion)
  • A dash- approx 5 drops Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Orange
Instructions
  1. Combine espresso, pistachio milk, honey, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until frothy and well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice.
  4. Express orange peel over top
