Add pineapple juice and syrup to the glass and stir.
Fill glass about 3/4 full with ice.
Add cold brew.
Top with shaken/frothed Barista Series Coconut Milk cold foam. To create cold foam, froth the chilled coconut milk with a hand wand, or dry-shake to create the foam (about 15
seconds). The consistency should be smooth with few smaller bubbles.
