Parisian Syrup
Used in the Parisian (see Pacific’s Recipes page for recipe)
Ingredients
  • 175g water
  • 75g granulated sugar
  • 4g Harney & Sons Paris Tea
  • 2g Harney & Sons Mango Tea
  • 2g Harney & Sons Orange Passionfruit Tea
  • 2g Harney & Sons Blueberry Tea
Instructions
  1. Combine the teas in a medium sauce pot.
  2. Heat the water to 250˚F, then pour it over the tea blend and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the brewed tea off the leaves, and compost the spent tea.
  4. Using a whisk, combine the brewed tea and the granulated sugar until thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Reserve in a pint container in the fridge for up to 14 days.

Yields 8 oz. Takes 15-20 minutes.
