Instructions
Combine the teas in a medium sauce pot.
Heat the water to 250˚F, then pour it over the tea blend and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Strain the brewed tea off the leaves, and compost the spent tea.
Using a whisk, combine the brewed tea and the granulated sugar until thoroughly incorporated.
Reserve in a pint container in the fridge for up to 14 days.
