Pandan Latte
Recipe by Phuong Tran, 2005 U.S. Barista Champion
Ingredients
  • 1oz condensed milk
  • 1 1/2oz cold brew
  • 1tsp pandan extract
  • 2oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Almond(third/top layer)
Instructions
  1. Use 8-ounce slim juice glass.
  2. Pour condensed milk on the bottom.
  3. Fill 2/3 with ice. Add cold brew with pandan extract and almond milk.
  4. Stir well.
