Lemongrass Ginger Matcha
- 1/2 tsp unsweetened matcha powder
- 3/4 oz lemongrass syrup -see instructions below
- 1/4 oz ginger honey
- 12 oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Rice Plant-Based Beverage (steamed)
- Lemongrass Syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 stalk lemongrass (chopped)
Step 1Combine the matcha powder, lemongrass syrup, and honey in the serving vessel.
Step 2Stir until fully incorporated. Top with steamed Barista Series Rice Plant-Based Beverage.
Step 3Combine all ingredients, simmer for 25 minutes on medium heat.
Step 4Steep for 1 hour, strain and refrigerate. This will keep for up to 7 days refrigerated.
