Instructions
Beverage
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
Dry shake, approximately 10 seconds. Add ice to cover liquid. Shake, approximately 30 seconds. Double strain into coupe glass.
Garnish with 4 drops of Angostura Bitters.
Lemongrass Syrup
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat. Steep 1 hour, then strain and refrigerate. Syrup will keep for 7 days.
