Honey Syrup
Yields 4 cups (about a 1-liter bottle)
  • 2cups honey
  • 2cups hot water (about 205ºF – 208ºF)Avoid using a glass pitcher. The thickness of the glass will absorb the temperature of the water and the sugar will not fully melt.
  1. Place hot water in a plastic measuring cup, large enough to hold at least 4 cups of liquid.
  2. Add sugar and stir until liquid becomes clear.
  3. Transfer into a clean 1-liter bottle. Keep refrigerated for up to one month.
