Honey Ginger Coconut Matcha Latte
Makes a 12 oz. serving.
  • 6oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Coconut
  • 1/2oz honey syrup
  • 1/2 tsp bottled ginger juice
  • 1 1/2 oz matcha concentrate
  • 5oz ice
  1. Pour Barista Series Coconut, honey syrup, and ginger juice into blender carafe.
  2. Blend until incorporated.
  3. Fill cup about 3/4 full with ice.
  4. Pour ginger milk mixture over ice.
  5. Float matcha concentrate on top.
