Dairy-Free Orange Cream Bars

  • 1cup Pacific Foods Unsweetened Hemp Vanilla Plant-Based Beverage
  • 3cups vanilla plant-based yogurt of choicedivided
  • 1cup frozen mango
  • 1med peeled orange
  • 1/4cup orange juice
  • 2tbsp melted coconut butter
  1. Carefully scoop 2 tablespoons plant-based yogurt into the bottom of 12 popsicle molds. Set aside.
  2. To a high speed blender add: ΒΌ cup plant-based yogurt, frozen mango, orange, hemp plant-based beverage, and orange juice. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully pour blended orange mixture on top of plant-based yogurt into popsicle molds. Add popsicle sticks and place in the freezer 8 hours to set.
  4. Remove popsicles from molds and drizzle with melted coconut butter. Eat immediately, or store in the freezer for up to three months. Enjoy!
