3cupbrown sugar
2cupHeavy cream
2tspsalt
1.5tblscinnamon
1.5tblscardamom

¼cupUnsalted Butter
Instructions
Make the apple cider carmel. Add cider and brown sugar to pot and reduce to half. Add spices and salt with butter and cream to the pot and simmer on low until silky
