Apple Butter Oolong Cocktail 
This fall drink is the perfect combination of tea and Pacific Barista Series™ Hemp, complemented by spices, sweetness, and citrus. This drink is a perfect addition to any café menu in a thoughtful, intentional way. This recipe was created by Andrea Allen, co-owner of café-roastery Onyx Coffee Lab, and the 2020 United States Barista Champion and 2021 World Barista Champion runner-up. 
  • 3oz (oolong tea, stepped with half the water, strained)
  • 3oz Pacific Foods Barista Series Hemp
  • 15g apple butter
  • Dash allspice
  • 1/4oz blood orange syrup
  • 1/4oz simple syrup
  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain over ice.
